Abstract

Статья исследует условия финансирования проектов международными банками развития (МБР),анализируя их вклад в поддержку экономического роста, особенно в развивающихся странах. Рассматриваютсяинструменты кредитования, грантовая поддержка, а также модели взаимодействия с государственнымии частными структурами. Выявлены ключевые проблемы, включая завышенные процентные ставки,административные барьеры и низкий уровень координации. Авторы предлагают рекомендации по улучшениюусловий финансирования, акцентируя внимание на партнерстве с частным сектором и оптимизации процедур.Исследование подчеркивает необходимость усиления эффективности проектного управления для достиженияЦелей устойчивого развития.
