Qurilish korxonalarida sifat menejmentini joriy qilish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada qurilish sohasida sifat menejmenti tizimini joriy etish va takomillashtirish masalalari IMRADstrukturasi asosida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning kirish qismida qurilish korxonalari faoliyatida sifat boshqaruvining ahamiyatiasoslab berilgan. Metodologik qismda ISO 9001:2015 xalqaro standarti doirasida qurilish jarayonlarida sifatni ta’minlashusullari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari sifat menejmenti tizimining barcha bosqichlardagi amaliy jihatlarini qamrab olganholda, mavjud muammolar – raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishdagi sustkashlik, kadrlar malakasining pastligi,boshqaruv tizimining tizimlashtirilmaganligi kabi omillarni aniqlaydi. Xulosa sifatida sifatni boshqarish samaradorliginioshirish maqsadida ichki auditni kuchaytirish, xavf-xatarlarni baholash, raqamli monitoring tizimlarini joriy qilish va malakalikadrlar tayyorlash kabi chora-tadbirlar taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari qurilish mahsulotlarining sifati va ishonchliliginioshirish, korxona raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirish hamda xalqaro bozorga chiqish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirishga xizmatqiladi.
