Abstract

Ushbu maqolada xufyona iqtisodiyotning yuzaga kelishi, jamiyatdagi roli va uni samarali qisqartirish bilanbog‘liq muammolar va amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarini, O‘zbekiston misolida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot davomida xufyonaiqtisodiyotni keltirib chiqaruvchi asosiy omillar tahlil qilinib, uning iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy oqibatlari o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek,soliq tizimidagi islohotlar, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish, kichik biznesni qo‘llab-quvvatlash kabi chora-tadbirlarningnatijalari ham muhokama qilinadi. Germaniya va Janubiy Koreyaning xufyona iqtisodiyotni qisqartirish borasidagiyondashuvlari O‘zbekiston tajribsai bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi, ularning samaradorligi baholanadi va xufyona iqtisodiyotnikamaytirish hamda barqaror iqtisodiy rivojlanishni ta’minlash bo‘yicha kerakli takliflar ishlab chiqilinadi.
