Abstract

Maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida yashil iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish doirasida xalqaro moliyaviyinstitutlarning Oʻzbekistondagi loyihalarga ajratgan grantlari va texnik yordam dasturlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomidaOʻzbekistonda yashil moliyalashtirish mexanizmlarining joriy etilishi, ularning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy samaradorligi va ekologikbarqarorlikka ta’siri baholanadi. Xalqaro institutlar tomonidan taklif etilgan strategik yo‘nalishlar uglerod neytrallikkaerishish, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalarini kengaytirish, yashil obligatsiyalar bozorini rivojlantirish kabi yo‘nalishlaroʻrganiladi. Ish natijalariga asoslanib, Oʻzbekistonda yashil moliyalashtirish siyosatini takomillashtirish va xalqaro moliyaviyinstitutlar bilan samarali hamkorlikni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
