Цифровизация Социально-Трудовых Отношений: Вызовы И Перспективы Для Работников

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено влияние цифровизации на социально-трудовые отношения, включая вызовыи перспективы, которые она создает для работников. Автор акцентирует внимание на трансформации характеразанятости, появлении новых форм работы, таких как дистанционная и гибридная занятость, и необходимостиадаптации трудового законодательства. Исследование охватывает вопросы автоматизации, роботизации,изменений структуры рынка труда и усиления социального неравенства. Особое внимание уделено развитиюцифровых компетенций, переобучению работников и адаптации систем образования. На основе анализа опытазарубежных, российских и узбекских ученых предложен комплексный подход к регулированию изменений,вызванных цифровизацией, с целью минимизации рисков и обеспечения справедливого распределения выгодцифровой экономики.
