O‘Zbekistonda Yashil Davlat Xaridlarini Joriy Etish Mexanizmlari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda yashil davlat xaridlarini joriy etish va rivojlantirishninghuquqiy-iqtisodiy mexanizmlari ilmiy jihatdan tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqot ikkita muhim ilmiy taklifni o‘z ichiga oladi:birinchisi — tender jarayonida yashil davlat xaridlarini majburiy tartibda joriy etish va ushbu mezonlar asosidaeng maqbul taklifni aniqlash tartibini joriy etish; ikkinchisi — elektron savdo maydonchalari (kooperatsiya portali,elektron do‘kon va narx pasaytirish auksionlari) orqali amalga oshiriladigan xaridlarda ekologik markirovkasertifikatiga ega yetkazib beruvchilardan birinchi o‘rinda foydalanishni huquqiy jihatdan majburiy belgilashmexanizmi. Tadqiqotda qiyosiy, tizimli va huquqiy tahlil metodlaridan foydalanilgan. Xorij davlatlari tajribasi vaO‘zbekistonning amaldagi normativ-huquqiy bazasi tahlil qilingan holda amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
