Abstract

Maqolada gid va ekskursovodlar faoliyatini mehnat huquqi nuqtayi nazaridan tartibga solish masalalariyoritilgan. Xalqaro tajriba asosida ushbu kasb egalarining ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy maqomi, huquqiy himoyasi va faoliyat yuritishstandartlari tahlil qilingan. Oʻzbekiston tajribasi bilan solishtirgan holda, ushbu sohadagi mavjud huquqiy boʻshliqlar,mehnat shartlari va ijtimoiy kafolatlarni takomillashtirish yoʻllari ishlab chiqilgan. Xulosa qismida sohani rivojlantirishbo‘yicha amaliy takliflar ilgari surilgan
