Abstract

Zamonaviy ijtimoiy sharoitlar ta’lim jarayonini doimiy ravishda takomillashtirish va pedagogik faoliyatniinnovatsion yondashuvlar asosida yangilashni talab etadi. Innovatsion pedagogik faoliyatning asosiy maqsadi an’anaviyo‘qitish tizimini zamonaviy talablar asosida transformatsiya qilishdan iborat. Bugungi kunning ilg‘or ta’lim texnologiyalaritalabalarni tezkor jamiyat o‘zgarishlariga moslashish, ijodiy fikrlash, mustaqil qaror qabul qilish va yangilik yaratishqobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan. Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak pedagog-o‘qituvchining innovatsion faoliyati modeliasosida ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonining samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi metod va yondashuvlar tahlil qilingan.
