Yangi iqtisodiy tizimda barqaror ish bilan bandlik konsepsiyasini ishlab chiqish va unga oid global tajribalar

Abstract

Ushbu maqolaning maqsadi yangi iqtisodiy tizimda barqaror bandlik konsepsiyasini ishlab chiqish va uningjahon tajribasini o‘rganishdir. Barqaror bandlikning asosiy maqsadi nafaqat ishsizlikni kamaytirish, balki iqtisodiy o‘sishga,ijtimoiy barqarorlikka va ekologik muammolarni hal qilishga qaratilgan kompleks yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishdan iborat.Maqolada barqaror bandlikni ta’minlashning jahon tajribasi, uning milliy iqtisodiy tizimlarga moslashuvi va zamonaviymehnat bozoridagi o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada aholi bandligini barqarorlashtirish bo‘yicha turli mamlakatlardaqabul qilingan siyosat va strategik chora-tadbirlar, shuningdek, yangi iqtisodiy tizimda barqaror ish o‘rinlarini yaratishningahamiyati batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi. Barqaror bandlikni ta’minlash, ishchi-xizmatchilarning malaka va kasbiy salohiyatinirivojlantirish, ekologik xavf-xatarlarga qarshi kurashish chora-tadbirlarini ko‘rishda davlat va xususiy sektor hamkorligimasalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Ushbu maqolaning maqsadi yangi iqtisodiy jarayonlarda barqaror bandlikkonsepsiyasini yaratish yo‘llarini aniqlash va uning global va mahalliy tajribasini rivojlantirishdir.
