Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy firmalarda kommunikatsiya tizimini o‘rnatish bilan bog‘liq muammolaro‘rganiladi. Tadqiqotda tashkilotlardagi muloqotdagi asosiy to‘siqlar, jumladan, vertikal va gorizontal muloqot muammolari,rasmiy va norasmiy aloqalar muvoazanatining buzilishi, shuningdek, madaniy, texnologik va ichki-tashqi muloqot bilanbog‘liq qiyinchiliklar tahlil qilinadi. Muammolarning kelib chiqish sabablari, ularning tashkilot samaradorligiga ta’siri vayechim yo‘llari sifatli tadqiqot usuli orqali adabiyotlar tahlili va ikkilamchi ma’lumotlarga asoslanib ko‘rib chiqildi. Natijalarshuni ko‘rsatadiki, aniq va samarali aloqa tizimining yo‘qligi, eskirgan texnologiyalardan foydalanish va ochiq mulokotmadaniyatining yetishmasligi tashkilotlarda ish samaradorligining pasayishiga, ishonchsizlik va motivatsiya kamligiga olibkeladi.
