Abstract

Intellektual mulk – bu insonning ijodiy faoliyati natijasida yaratilgan va qonuniy himoya qilinadigan mahsulotyoki asar bo‘lib, uning ishlab chiqarish jarayonidagi roli tobora ortib bormoqda. Ushbu maqolada intellektual mulkningishlab chiqarishdagi ahamiyati, uning iqtisodiy rivojlanish va texnologik innovatsiyalarni rag‘batlantirishdagi o‘rni,shuningdek, intellektual mulkni himoya qilishning jamiyat va biznes sohalaridagi ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Intellektual mulkishlab chiqaruvchilarga va tadbirkorlarga o‘zlarining ijodiy yutuqlarini huquqiy jihatdan himoya qilish, raqobatbardoshustunliklarni qo‘lga kiritish va iqtisodiy foyda olish imkoniyatini taqdim etadi. Shu bilan birga, intellektual mulkni himoyaqilish va uni samarali boshqarish innovatsion iqtisodiyotning rivojlanishida muhim rol o‘ynaydi.
