Koʻchmas mulk soligʻining koʻchmas mulk bozori tendensiyalariga taʼsiri

Abstract

Maqolada koʻchmas mulk soligʻining koʻchmas mulk bozoriga taʼsiri har tomonlama iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy vanormativ jihatlardan tahlil etilgan. Soliq stavkalarining bozor narxlari shakllanishi, investitsiya faolligi va mulk aylanmasigakoʻrsatadigan taʼsiri empirik tahlil va statistik usullar yordamida oʻrganilgan. Shuningdek, koʻchmas mulk soligʻiningkoʻchmas mulk bozoridagi narxlar dinamikasi, investitsion qarorlar va shahar rivojlanishiga taʼsiri baholangan. Tadqiqotnatijalari asosida koʻchmas mulk soligʻi tizimini takomillashtirish, bozor samaradorligini oshirish hamda aholining ijtimoiyfarovonligini yaxshilashga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
