Moliya bozori dastaklari orqali xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb etish modellarining uslubiy asoslari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada moliya bozori vositalari orqali xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb etishning samarali modellariniishlab chiqish va ularning uslubiy asoslarini aniqlash masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalbqilishda keng qo‘llanilayotgan Triple Helix modeli, ochiq innovatsiyalar modeli, klaster rivojlanishi modeli, biznes-inkubatsiyamodeli, davlat-xususiy sheriklik modeli va boshqa innovatsion yondashuvlarning mohiyati va ularning iqtisodiyotga ta’siritahlil qilinadi. Muallif tomonidan xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb etishning hozirgi tendensiyalari, ularni oshirishga to‘sqinlikqilayotgan muammolar va taklif etilayotgan modellar asosida yechimlar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, moliya bozoriningzamonaviy vositalari orqali to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri xorijiy investitsiyalar oqimini ko‘paytirish imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan.
