Abstract

Maqolada Oʻzbekistonda uglerod bozorini shakllantirishning institutsional shart-sharoitlari tahlil qilinadi.Qiyosiy va institutsional tahlil, hujjatlar kontenti hamda SWOT usullari asosida Yevropa Ittifoqi emissiya savdo tizimi(EU ETS), Xitoy va Koreya tajribasi oʻrganildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga koʻra, Parij bitimiga a’zolik, 2030-yilgacha“yashil” iqtisodiyotga oʻtish strategiyasi hamda MRV tizimini joriy etish boʻyicha boshlang‘ich ishlar uglerod bozorinishakllantirishning asosiy tayanch omillari ekanligi aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga, huquqiy baza, issiqxona gazlari kadastriva zarur infratuzilma boʻyicha ayrim boʻshliqlar mavjudligi qayd etildi. Tadqiqot yakunida Oʻzbekistonda uglerod bozorinibosqichma-bosqich joriy etish modeli taklif etiladi.
