Jismoniy shaxslardan olinadigan soliqlarnii prognoz qilishning samaradorligini baholash ko‘rsatkichlari tizimi

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada jismoniy shaxslardan olinadigan soliqlarni prognoz qilish jarayonining samaradorliginibaholovchi ko‘rsatkichlar tizimi o‘rganiladi. Prognozlash sifatining yuqoriligi davlat byudjetining ishonchliligi va moliyaviybarqarorligiga bevosita ta’sir qiladi. Maqolada O‘zbekistonda amalga oshirilayotgan fiskal islohotlar kontekstida, Prezidentfarmonlari asosida soliq prognozlari ishonchliligini oshirishga qaratilgan mexanizmlar tahlil qilinadi. Jismoniy shaxslardaromad solig‘ini prognoz qilishda statistik usullar, regressiya modellari, makroiqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlar bilan bog‘liqlikdarajalari, ma’lumotlar sifati va prognoz xatolik koeffitsientlari asosida kompleks baholash yondashuvlari shakllantirilgan.Shuningdek, xalqaro tajribalar asosida O‘zbekiston uchun samaradorlikni oshirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
