Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tadbirkorlik faoliyati bilan shugʻullanuvchi jismoniy shaxslar hamda ularni soliq nazoratimexanizmi orqali tartibga solish masalalari oʻrganilgan, shuningdek ushbu maqolada yakka tartibdagi tadbirkorlarnisoliqqa tortish xususiyatlari tadqiq etilib, bu borada yetuk iqtisodchi olimlarning ilmiy qarashlari oʻrganilgan va statistikmaʻlumotlar asosida tahlillar olib borilgan. Jumladan, Oʻzbekistonda tadbirkorlik faoliyatiyu bilan shugʻullanuvchi jismoniyshaxs (YaTT)lar va ularning faoliyatida amalga oshirilgan soliq tekshiruvlari soni hamda tekshirish natijasida qoʻshimchahisoblangan soliq va moliyaviy sanksiyalar summasi tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, mavzu doirasida istiqbolda mamlakatimizamaliyotida qoʻllash yuzasidan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
