Abstract

Mazkur maqolada davlatning monopoliyaga qarshi siyosati va uning sanoat bozorlari rivojlanishiga ta’siritahlil qilinadi. Raqobat muhitining shakllanishi va iqtisodiy o‘sish jarayonida davlatning roli muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.Monopoliyaga qarshi siyosat raqobatni rag‘batlantirish, tadbirkorlik subyektlariga teng sharoit yaratish va iste’molchilarningmanfaatlarini himoya qilishga qaratilgan. Monopoliyalarning mavjudligi iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’sir etuvchi omillardanbiri hisoblanadi. Ba’zi holatlarda monopoliyalar innovatsion rivojlanishni rag‘batlantirsa-da, aksariyat hollarda ular bozormexanizmlarini buzib, narxlarning sun’iy oshishiga va tanlov imkoniyatlarining kamayishiga sabab bo‘ladi. Shu nuqtayinazardan, maqolada sanoat tarmoqlarining barqaror rivojlanishini ta’minlash uchun davlat tomonidan amalga oshiriladigannazorat va tartibga solish mexanizmlari yoritiladi.
