Роль Образования В Развитии Человеческого Капитала Для Креативной Экономики

Abstract

Образование является ключевым фактором развития человеческого капитала и роста креативнойэкономики. В условиях цифровизации и технологических изменений востребованы не только знания, но игибкие навыки, критическое мышление и креативность. Современные образовательные системы адаптируютсяк этим вызовам через междисциплинарный подход и проектное обучение. Анализ международного опыта иданных по Узбекистану показывает, что инвестиции в образование способствуют экономическому росту иконкурентоспособности. Рассматриваются тенденции подготовки кадров и перспективы развития креативнойэкономики в рамках стратегии «Узбекистан – 2030».
