Abstract

Maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida Kengashlar faoliyatini baholash amaliyoti bo‘yicha aniqlangan kamchiliklarva muammolar yuzasidan korporativ boshqaruvning funksional sifatini baholashning mezonlar va ko‘rsatkichlar hamdakorporativ boshqaruv faoliyati samaradorligini iqtisodiy-moliyaviy va bozor faoliyatiga ta’sirini baholashning metodologikyondashuv tavsiya etilgan.
