O‘zbekistonda “yashil” iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishda islomiy moliyaning ahamiyati

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda yashil iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishda islomiy moliyaning ahamiyati vaimkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, mamlakatning ustuvor rivojlanish strategiyalari doirasida qayta tiklanadiganenergiya manbalarini joriy etish, ekologik samaradorlikni oshirish va atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilishdagi asosiy yo‘nalishlaro‘rganilgan. Islomiy moliyaning shariat qoidalariga asoslangan mexanizmlari, xususan, foizsiz moliyalashtirish, sukukobligatsiyalari, mudoraba va mushoraka kabi moliyaviy instrumentlarning yashil loyihalar uchun investitsiyalarnijalb etishdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, maqolada islomiy moliya orqali ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy mas’uliyatnirag‘batlantirish, xususiy sektor va jamoat sherikligi asosida maxsus fondlar va kredit dasturlarini tashkil etish masalalarigae’tibor qaratilgan. O‘zbekistonda yashil iqtisodiyot sohasidagi mavjud holat, uning rivojlanish istiqbollari hamda islomiymoliyadan samarali foydalanish orqali iqtisodiy va ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlash bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlabchiqilgan.
