The influence of physical activity on social education and new sports trends

Abstract

In this article, we examine the impact of physical activity on social education and the emergence of new sporttrends. It examines how participation in physical activity promotes social skills, teamwork, discipline, and communityengagement, contributing to holistic education. The study also examines how emerging sport trends such as eSportsintegration, fitness technology, and inclusive sport programs are changing the landscape of physical education.
