Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ko‘chmas mulkni kadastr baholash xususiyatlari, uning metodologiyasi va soliqqa tortishdagiahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda kadastr baholashning asosiy tamoyillari, usullari va davlat kadastri ma’lumotlaridanfoydalanish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, xalqaro va milliy baholash standartlari, kadastr baholash natijalari vaularni soliqqa tortish jarayonida qo‘llash usullari tahlil qilingan. Kadastr baholash jarayonining raqamlashtirilishi, axborotfondini yaratish va avtomatlashtirilgan baholash tizimlaridan foydalanish masalalari ham tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariasosida ko‘chmas mulkni baholash va soliqqa tortish jarayonlarini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
