Abstract

Ushbu maqolada qishloq xo‘jaligi kooperatsiyalarining ahamiyati, ularning iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy foydalari,shuningdek, O‘zbekiston tajribasida bu sohani rivojlantirishga qaratilgan chora-tadbirlar tahlil qilinadi. Kooperatsiyalarfermerlarning ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini kamaytirish, mahsulot yetkazib berish va sotish jarayonlarini yaxshilash, ilg‘ortexnologiyalar va moliyaviy resurslarga ega bo‘lish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish orqali ularning daromadini oshirishgaxizmat qiladi. Xususan, ishlab chiqarish, qayta ishlash va savdo sohalarida hamkorlikni rivojlantirish natijasida fermerxo‘jaliklari bozor talablariga tez va samarali javob bera oladi. Maqolada rivojlangan mamlakatlarning qishloq xo‘jaligikooperatsiyalaridan samarali foydalanish tajribasi o‘rganilib, O‘zbekiston sharoitida ularni keng joriy etishning huquqiy,institutsional va iqtisodiy jihatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, mavjud muammolar, jumladan, kooperativlarningyetarli darajada moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlanmasligi, hamkorlik madaniyatining sustligi va me’yoriy-huquqiy bazaningtakomillashtirish zarurati haqida fikr yuritiladi.
