Abstract

Mamlakat bank bozorining bosqichma-bosqich rivojlanishi natijasida mijozlar mavjud banklar o‘rtasidataqsimlangan. Yangi mijozlarni jalb qilish yoki bir bankdan boshqasiga o‘tish orqali, yoki potensial mijozlarning kutganlarinihisobga olgan holda tamomila yangi xizmat turi bilan bozorga chiqish orqali amalga oshirilishi mumkin. Korporativ mijozlaruchun bank xizmatlari bozoridagi raqobatning kuchayishi, ayniqsa, xorijiy banklarning bozorga kirishi va ularning faoliyatibilan yanada keskinlashmoqda, bu esa bankirlardan korporativ mijozlar strategiyasiga e’tibor qaratishni talab qiladi. Bubankka ham, korporativ mijozga ham bir qator afzalliklarni beradi. Bank xizmatlarini sotish tizimini yaratish xizmatlarbozori va kapital imkoniyatlari, milliy iqtisodiy tizimlarning rivojlanishidagi asosiy tendensiyalar va mijozlarning potensialehtiyojlari bo'yicha nazariy tadqiqotlar olib borishni taqozo qiladi. Shuni inobatga olgan holda ushbu maqolada rivojlangandavlatlarda tijorat banklari tomonidan korporativ mijozlarga ko‘rsatiladigan innovatsion bank xizmatlarini shakllantirishdabanklarning korporativ mijozlar tushunchasi, turlari va tasnifi yuzasidagi muammolarini aniqlab olish va ularning yеchimlariyuzasidan mavjud muammolar hamda ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha muallif yondashuvlari va takliflari o‘rganilgan.
