Abstract

This article discusses the scientific and practical aspects of increasing the financial stability of joint-stockcompanies. The scientific works of domestic and foreign economists on ensuring the financial stability of the companywere studied. The financial results and trends in the financial performance of large foreign corporations are analyzed.Based on the study of international practical experience, scientific recommendations have been formulated to ensurefinancial sustainability in joint-stock companies in our country.
