Abstract

Kredit xizmatlarini ko‘rsatishda tijorat banklarining risklarini minimallashtirish haqida to‘liq tushuncha hosilqilish va ularni anderrayting tizimi asosida tahlil qilib, tijorat banklarining risklilik darajasini kamaytirish yo‘llarini aniqlashhamda bu borada joriy va istiqboldagi muammolarni aniqlash va ularni hal qilish yo‘llarini ishlab chiqish tijorat banklariningrentabellik darajasini oshirishda dolzarb hisoblanadi.Anderrayting – bu qarz oluvchining, ya’ni jismoniy yoki yuridik shaxsning kredit qobiliyatini baholashning ancha murakkabva ko‘p mehnat talab qiladigan jarayoni bo‘lib, tavakkalchilikni tahlil qilish, tavakkalchilikni qabul qilish yoki rad etish, shujumladan ularni baholash, kredit yoki kreditsiz tasniflash, qoplash shartlarini, miqdorini aniqlash hamda kredit miqdori vato‘lov jadvallarini hisoblashni o‘z ichiga oladi. Maqolada respublikamiz tijorat banklarida risklarni boshqarish bilan bog‘liqasosiy va dolzarb muammolarning mohiyati regressiya tahlili asosida ochib berilgan.
