Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tijorat banklarining rivojlanish jarayonlari, ularning iqtisodiy tizimdagi roli va funksiyalari,shuningdek, kapitalni oshirishning muhimligi va usullari o‘rganiladi. Moliya bozorlaridagi o‘zgarishlar, yangi texnologiyalarva qonunchilikdagi islohotlar tijorat banklarining evolyutsiyasiga ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Maqolada, shuningdek, kapitallashuvdarajasini oshirishning iqtisodiy asoslari, banklarning barqarorligini ta’minlash, kredit berish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirishva iqtisodiy o‘sishga hissa qo‘shish kabi masalalar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tijorat banklarining kapitallashuv darajasi ularningmoliyaviy barqarorligi va raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda muhim omil bo‘lib, bu jarayon milliy iqtisodiyot uchun zarurbo‘lgan investitsiyalarni jalb etishni ta’minlaydi.
