Abstract

Oʻzbekistonda soʻnggi yillarda iqtisodiyotni raqamlashtirish va bank tizimini isloh qilish borasida jadaloʻzgarishlar kuzatilmoqda. Bunda tijorat banklarining mobil ilovalari, toʻlov kartalari (Uzcard, Humo) va elektron hamyonlar(Payme, Click va boshqalar) orqali amalga oshiriladigan tranzaksiyalar hajmi ortib bormoqda. Shu bilan birga, qidiruvtizimlari (Google Trends) va ijtimoiy tarmoqlar ma’lumotlari ham iqtisodiy faollikning oʻzgaruvchan jihatlarini ifodalaydiganmanba sifatida koʻrilmoqda. Mazkur maqolada “big data” texnologiyalaridan – xususan, toʻlov ma’lumotlari, qidiruv tizimisoʻrovlari va matn tahlilidan – Oʻzbekistonda pul-kredit siyosati tahlilida qanday foydalanish mumkinligi konseptual jihatdankoʻrib chiqiladi. An’anaviy makroiqtisodiy koʻrsatkichlar (masalan, YaIM) rasmiy statistika tomonidan vaqt kechikishi bilane’lon qilinishi tufayli, “nowcasting” (hozirgi davrga yaqin muddatdagi baholash) zarurati kun sayin ortmoqda.
