Abstract

Aholining unumli bandlik darajasining oshishi sog‘lom iqtisodiyot va yuksak taraqqiy etganjamiyat mahsulidir. Unumli band shaxslar iqtisodiy o‘sishga hissa qo‘shish bilan birga, yashash uchuniste’molga yetarli darajada ish haqi olishini kafolatlay oladi. Ushbu maqola unumli bandlikni oshirishdaxalqaro maqsadlar va milliy harakatlarning asosiy jihatlarini, ularning shaxs va jamiyatning ijtimoiy holatigahuquqiy ta’sirini hamda unumli bandlik ko‘lamini kengaytirishga qaratilgan strategiyalarni tadqiq etadi.Mazkur tadqiqotda aholi ish bilan bandligini tartibga soluvchi huquqiy asoslar, ulardagi aholi daromadlarinioshirishni nazarda tutuvchi jihatlarga oid tadqiqotlar o‘rganilgan va ilmiy yondashuvlar ma’lum darajadatizimlashtirilgan. Tadqiqotning ilmiy natijasi sifatida mamlakat aholisining unumli bandligini oshirishga xizmatqiluvchi tavsiyalar taklif etilgan
