Abstract

Maqolada global pandemiyadan keyingi davrda monetar siyosatning asosiy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Aksariyatmarkaziy banklar tomonidan asosiy stavkani nolga yaqin darajada o‘rnatish hamda 2022-yildan keyin keskin oshirishsabablari tahlil qilingan. Markaziy bankning pandemiya va undan keyingi davrda fiskal regulyatorlar bilan o‘zaro hamkorliksiyosatiga e’tibor qaratilgan. Xususan, monetar va fiskal siyosat orqali iqtisodiyotda yalpi talab va ishlab chiqarishnirag‘batlantirish amaliyoti tahlil qilingan. Pandemiya davrida miqdoriy yumshatish operatsiyalarini amalga oshirish vauning ahamiyati Yangi Zelandiya tajribasi asosida yoritib berilgan. Unga ko‘ra, aktivlarni keng miqyosda sotib olish dasturi(LSAP), Kreditlash dasturini moliyalashtirish (FLP), Muddatli kreditlash amaliyoti (TLF) tahlil qilingan.
