Abstract

Maqola garov ta’minoti maqsadida ko‘chmas mulk obyektlarini baholash usullarini tavsiflashga vamuammolari yoritib berishga bag‘ishlangan. Ko‘chmas mulk obyektlarini baholashda garov ta’minoti maqsadlaridafoydalanishdan kutilayotgan daromadni aniqlashga asoslangan ko‘chmas mulk qiymatini baholash usullari to‘plaminio‘zida mujassamlashtiradi. Ko‘chmas mulkni qiymatini garov ta’minoti sifatida baholashning boshqa maqsadlardabaholashga nisbatan asosiy afzalligi shundaki, u ko‘chmas mulkka ko‘proq sarmoyachining daromad manbai sifatidaqarashini aks ettiradi, ya’ni ko‘chmas mulkning bu sifati narxni shakllantiruvchi asosiy omil sifatida hisobga olinadi.
