Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Yevropa Ittifoqida qo‘llaniladigan kambag‘allikni baholash metodologiyasi va uningO‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Yevropada kambag‘allik darajasi asosan AROPE (At Risk ofPoverty or Social Exclusion) tizimi orqali baholanib, nisbiy kambag‘allik, moddiy yetishmovchilik va ijtimoiy inklyuziyakabi mezonlarga asoslanadi. O‘zbekistonda esa kambag‘allik darajasi asosan minimal iste’mol savatchasi va aholidaromadlari bilan baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, Yevropa modelining ayrim elementlarini O‘zbekistonsharoitiga moslashtirish orqali yanada aniq va kompleks baholash tizimini joriy etish mumkin. Ushbu maqolada Yevropamodeli va O‘zbekiston modelining afzalliklari va kamchiliklari tahlil qilinib, kambag‘allikni o‘lchash va uni kamaytirishbo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
