Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mehnat unumdorligi tushunchasi, uni tahlil etish metodikasi va hisoblanadiganko‘rsatkichlar tizimi keltirilgan. Tadqiqotlar natijasida mehnat unumdorligini tahlilini tashkil etish bo‘yicha muallif yondashuvishakllantirilgan, uni oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan hamda korxonaning moliyaviy ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siribaholangan.
