Abstract

Maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida korporativ boshqaruv tizimi samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilganyondashuvlar tahlil qilingan. Xususan, faoliyat yo‘nalishlarini dasturlash, uni strategik boshqarish va rejalashtirishnimaqsadga muvofiq tashkil etish hamda ilg‘or xorijiy tajribadan keng foydalanish masalalari yoritilgan. Korporativ boshqaruvtizimida strategik menejment usullarini joriy etish samaradorligini oshirish eng dolzarb muammolardan biri sifatida ko‘ribchiqilib, aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari faoliyatini baholash uchun metodologik yondashuv tavsiya etilgan.
