Abstract

Бедность – это многогранная проблема, выходящая за рамки простых финансовых лишений. Оноохватывает экономические, социальные и психологические аспекты, которые взаимодействуют, формируя опытотдельных людей и сообществ. Понимание бедности требует изучения не только нехватки финансовых ресурсов,но и более широких системных факторов, которые увековечивают и усугубляют неравенство. В последние годыправительство Узбекистана предпринимает усилия по реформированию рынка труда, улучшению условий длясоздания легальных рабочих мест и снижению бедности. В данной статье рассмотрены ключевые аспектырегулирования занятости и анализируются шаги, направленные на сокращение бедности населения.
