Abstract

Mazkur maqola aksiz solig‘ining davlat budjetini shakllantirishdagi ahamiyati va uning zaruriyatini tadqiqetishga bag‘ishlangan. Unda xalqaro va mahalliy tajriba tahlil qilinib, aksiz solig‘ining iqtisodiy samaradorligi, budjetdaromadlarini oshirishdagi o‘rni, hamda iste'mol odatlarini boshqarishdagi roli ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqolada aksiz solig‘i orqalinafaqat budjet barqarorligini ta'minlash, balki ijtimoiy tenglikni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan mexanizmlar ham o‘rganilgan.Xalqaro tajribaga asoslanib, rivojlangan va rivojlanayotgan davlatlardagi aksiz solig‘i tizimining samaradorligi va o‘zigaxos jihatlari taqqoslanadi. Mahalliy tajribada O‘zbekiston sharoitida aksiz solig‘ining joriy holati va uni takomillashtirishyo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinadi.
