Mintaqaviy iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishda “Yashil” iqtisodiyotga o‘tishning imkoniyatlari va muammolari

Abstract

Maqolada mintaqaviy iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishda “Yashil” iqtisodiyotga o‘tishning imkoniyatlari va muammolaritahlil qilinadi. “Yashil” iqtisodiyotning asosiy maqsadi – tabiiy resurslarni samarali va barqaror ishlatish, ekologik xavfxatarlarnikamaytirish va iqtisodiy o‘sishni taʼminlashdir. Maqolada “Yashil” iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonida mintaqaviydarajadagi ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va ekologik omillarni hisobga olish zarurligi ko‘rsatiladi. Shuningdek, “Yashil” iqtisodiyotgao‘tishning iqtisodiy o‘sish va barqaror rivojlanishga taʼsiri, yangi ish o‘rinlari yaratish, energiya samaradorligini oshirish vachiqindilarni kamaytirishdagi imkoniyatlar tahlil qilinadi. Biroq ushbu jarayonning amalga oshirilishi bilan bogʻliq bir qatormuammolar, jumladan, moliyaviy resurslarning yetishmasligi, texnologik innovatsiyalarni joriy etishdagi qiyinchiliklar,mahalliy infratuzilmaning rivojlanishi va siyosiy irodaning yetishmasligi kabi masalalar ham muhokama qilinadi. Maqola“Yashil” iqtisodiyotga o‘tishning mintaqaviy iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyatini va bu jarayonni amalga oshirishdayuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan to‘siqlarni yengib o‘tish yo‘llarini ko‘rsatadi.
