Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqola iqtisodiyotning modernizatsiya davrida bandlik siyosatining o‘rni va ahamiyatinio‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Bandlik masalalari davlat siyosatining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida muhim ahamiyatkasb etadi, chunki modernizatsiya jarayonida yangi ish o‘rinlarini yaratish, mehnat resurslarini samarali boshqarish vaiqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta'minlash muhim masalolar sirasiga kiradi. Maqolada iqtisodiyotni modernizatsiya qilish jarayonidabandlik siyosatining strategik yo‘nalishlari, yangi ish o‘rinlarini yaratish va bandlikni tartibga solishning asosiy usullari tahlilqilingan. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotidagi islohotlar va modernizatsiya jarayonlari kontekstida bandlik siyosatinioptimallashtirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, maqolada ushbu sohadagi ilmiy tadqiqotlar va metodologiyalartahlil qilingan.
