Abstract

Maqolada bilvosita soliqlarning, xususan, Qoʻshilgan qiymat soligʻi (QQS) va aksiz soligʻining narxlarningoshishiga, iste'mol talabining pasayishiga va iqtisodiy faollikka qanday ta'sir koʻrsatishi oʻrganiladi. Soliqlarni toʻlashningijtimoiy va iqtisodiy oqibatlari, shuningdek, soliqlarning narxlar barqarorligi va iqtisodiy oʻsishga boʻlgan ta'siri tahlil qilinadi.Maqola Oʻzbekiston sharoitida soliqlarning amaldagi tizimi va ularning iqtisodiyotga ta'sirini baholashga asoslanadi. Iste'molsoliqlari tizimini optimallashtirish, soliqlarning samarali yigʻilish mexanizmlarini joriy etish va narxlar barqarorligini saqlashboʻyicha takliflar ilgari suriladi. Iste'molchilarning toʻlov qobiliyatini inobatga olgan holda soliq siyosatini takomillashtirish,iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta'minlash va ijtimoiy tengsizlikni kamaytirishning samarali yoʻllari koʻrsatilgan.
