Abstract

В данной научной статье системно анализируются сущность и социально-экономическое значениереформ, реализованных в системе высшего образования Узбекистана после 2016 года. В исследованиираскрываются приоритетные направления государственной политики, направленной на развитие сферывысшего образования, расширение охвата обучением, а также динамика роста числа высших учебных заведенийи студенческого контингента на основе официальных статистических данных. Кроме того, на основе анализазарубежной научной литературы обоснована роль образования в развитии человеческого капитала и обеспеченииэкономического роста.В статье также анализируются реформы, проведённые в системах высшего образования Японии и Германии,и выявляются элементы их опыта, которые могут быть адаптированы к условиям Узбекистана. В качествеметодологии исследования использованы обзор литературы, статистический анализ и методы международногосравнительного исследования. В заключительной части разработаны пять научно-практических предложений,направленных на дальнейшее совершенствование системы высшего образования Узбекистана. Данная статьяимеет теоретическое и практическое значение для оценки эффективности реформ в сфере высшего образованияи принятия стратегических решений
