Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida axborot-resurs markazlari faoliyatining iqtisodiy mohiyati vauni boshqarishning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari tadqiq etilgan. Axborot-resurs markazlari ta’lim xizmatlari infratuzilmasiningmuhim elementi sifatida ko‘rib chiqilib, ularning resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligi, xizmatlar sifatini boshqarish vata’lim menejmenti tizimida tutgan o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, maqolada zamonaviy transformatsiya jarayonlari,raqamlashtirish va innovatsion boshqaruv yondashuvlarining axborot-resurs markazlari faoliyatiga ta’siri ochib berilgan.Shu bilan birga, axborot-resurs markazlari faoliyatini boshqarishning iqtisodiy mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish zaruratiilmiy jihatdan asoslangan.
