Abstract

В статье рассматривается роль строительной отрасли как одного из ключевых факторовэкономического роста и инновационной модернизации экономики Узбекистана. Проанализировано влияниестроительного сектора на формирование валового внутреннего продукта, развитие инфраструктуры,создание рабочих мест и стимулирование инвестиционной активности. Особое внимание уделено внедрениюинновационных и цифровых технологий в строительстве, развитию производства строительных материалов, атакже реализации государственных программ в сфере жилищного и инфраструктурного строительства. На основеанализа статистических данных и нормативно-правовых документов выявлены основные тенденции и проблемыразвития строительной отрасли и определены её перспективы в контексте устойчивого экономического развития.Сделан вывод о значительном потенциале строительной отрасли как драйвера структурных преобразований иинновационного обновления национальной экономики
