Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarining investitsion jozibadorligini oshirish yo‘llarini aniqlashgabag‘ishlangan. Global iqtisodiyot sharoitida aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari investitsiyalarni jalb etish jarayonida qator institutsionalva moliyaviy muammolarga duch kelmoqda. Tadqiqot doirasida investitsion jozibadorlikni oshirishning asosiy omillarisifatida korporativ boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirish, moliyaviy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash, ochiqlik va shaffoflikdarajasini oshirish, yuqori malakali boshqaruv kadrlarini jalb etish hamda kompaniya strategiyasini uzoq muddatli barqarorrivojlanishga yo‘naltirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi.
