Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) tamoyillari asosida biznes subyektlariningmoslashuvchanligini boshqarish konsepsiyasi ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda global iqtisodiy beqarorlik, iqlim o‘zgarishiva ijtimoiy xavf-xatarlar sharoitida an’anaviy boshqaruv modellarining cheklanganligi asoslanadi. ESG omillarini biznesstrategiyasiga integratsiya qilish orqali tashqi shoklarga bardoshlilikni oshirish, risklarni tizimli boshqarish va uzoqmuddatli barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada biznes subyektlarining ekologik, ijtimoiy vakorporativ boshqaruv mexanizmlari orqali institutsional moslashuvchanligini oshirishga qaratilgan konseptual yondashuvtaklif etiladi.
