O‘Zbekiston Turizm Sanoati Muvaffaqiyatini Baholashning Xususiyatlari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotining strategik tarmog‘iga aylanib borayotgan turizm sanoatiningsamaradorligini baholashda qo‘llaniladigan an’anaviy yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi shundaki,hozirgi kunga qadar soha muvaffaqiyati asosan miqdoriy ko‘rsatkichlar ya’ni turistlar oqimi bilan o‘lchanib kelmoqda,biroq iqtisodiy sifat va barqaror rivojlanish darajasini aks ettiruvchi kompleks indikatorlar tizimi yetarli darajada ishlabchiqilmagan. Bundan kelib chiqib, turizm industriyasining muvaffaqiyatini baholashda “Ko‘p o‘lchamli baholashmexanizmi” taklif etiladi. Mazkur mexanizm o‘z ichiga iqtisodiy multiplikator samarasi, hududiy infratuzilmaning yuklanishindeksi, xizmatlar eksportining diversifikatsiyasi hamda raqamli transformatsiyaning turizm mahsuloti tannarxiga ta’sirinibaholashni oladi. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari turizm sanoatidagi muvaffaqiyatni baholashda davlat siyosatini shakllantirishva investitsiya dasturlarini rejalashtirishda nazariy asos bo‘lib xizmat qilishi mumkin
