O‘Zbekistonda Islom Bankchiligini Joriy Etishning Nazariy Va Metodologik Asoslari

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda islom bankchiligini joriy etishning nazariy va metodologik asoslaritadqiq etilgan. Islom bankchiligi risklarni bo‘lishish, real aktivlarga tayangan moliyalashtirish hamda islom moliyasitamoyillariga muvofiqlik asosida faoliyat yurituvchi muqobil moliyaviy tizim sifatida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonidaislom bankchiligining asosiy konsepsiyalari, fundamental prinsiplari va ilmiy yondashuvlari tizimlashtirilib, ularni milliybank tizimiga moslashtirish masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, islom bankchiligi modellari va ularni tanlash mezonlaritahlil qilinib, O‘zbekiston sharoitida bosqichma-bosqich va moslashuvchan joriy etish yondashuvi metodologik jihatdaneng maqbul variant sifatida asoslangan. Maqolada islom bankchiligini samarali joriy etish uchun normativ-huquqiy,institutsional va risklarni boshqarish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
