Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli turizm tizimini tashkil etishning nazariy va amaliy asoslari hamda turizmsohasini raqamlashtirishning o‘rni tadqiq etilgan. Raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish orqali turistik xizmatlarni ko‘rsatishjarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish, axborot almashinuvini takomillashtirish va xizmatlar sifatini oshirish masalalari yoritilgan.Xorijiy va mahalliy tajriba tahlili asosida raqamli turizm tizimining asosiy tarkibiy elementlari aniqlanib, raqamlashtirishningturistik raqobatbardoshlikka ta’siri baholangan. Tadqiqot natijasida raqamli turizm tizimini samarali tashkil etish uchuninstitutsional, texnologik va tashkiliy omillarni uyg‘unlashtirish zarurligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan
