Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Xorazm viloyatida yoshlar bandligini oshirish orqali inson kapitalidan samarali foydalanishmasalalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda hududda yoshlarning mehnat bozoridagi ishtiroki, ularning kasbiy tayyorgarligi,zamonaviy ko‘nikmalarga ega bo‘lish darajasi hamda bandlikni ta’minlashga qaratilgan davlat siyosatining samaradorligio‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, yoshlar bandligini oshirishda ta’lim tizimi, kasb-hunar markazlari va tadbirkorlikni qo‘llabquvvatlashmexanizmlarining o‘rni tahlil etiladi. Maqolada mavjud muammolar aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yichaamaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari hududiy mehnat bozori rivojini jadallashtirish hamda insonkapitalidan samarali foydalanishni ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi.
