Abstract

В условиях усиления технологической конкуренции, дефицита квалифицированных кадров ирасширения ESG-требований источники конкурентоспособности промышленных предприятий все чащесмещаются от материально-технологических факторов к стратегическим активам, основанным на человеческомкапитале и организационных практиках. Цель статьи — предложить концептуальную модель, объясняющую,при каких условиях человеческие ресурсы становятся источником устойчивого конкурентного преимущества впромышленности.
