Abstract

Mazkur maqolada paxta-to‘qimachilik klasterlarida ishlab chiqarish zahiralarini boshqarishning xorijiytajribalari tahlil qilinadi. Rivojlangan davlatlarda qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy logistika tizimlari, raqamli boshqaruv usullarihamda zahiralarni optimallashtirish mexanizmlarining samaradorligi o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, xorijiy tajribani mahalliypaxta-to‘qimachilik klasterlari faoliyatiga moslashtirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ishlab chiqarishxarajatlarini kamaytirish va klasterlar raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi
